USeP receives CNA Certificate by CSC - University of Southeastern Philippines

The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) Faculty Federation (USeP-FFed) with their President, Dr. Carmelita P. Martinez and the USeP Non-Teaching Staff Association (NTSA) with their President, Dr. Evelyn A. Gecale are awarded the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) Certificate of Registration by the Civil Service Commission through Director Adams D. Torres, Director IV of CSC Regional Office XI on November 19, 2019 at the USeP Office of the President (OP) Board Room.

The CNA Certificate of Registration is given after compiling the prescribed requirements of the Amended Rules and Regulations Governing the Exercise of the Right of Government Employees to organize the Collective Negotiation Agreement registered by the Commission.

“This agreement is for the development of the USeP personnel. As a State University, USeP shall promote the principle of shared responsibility among those in the administration, the faculty and the non-teaching staff. Everyone in the University has the responsibility for maintaining the quality of service that we provide to our clients,” USeP President Lourdes C. Generalao’s words delivered by the USeP Vice President for Administration Ma. Luisa B. Faunillan.

In Director Adams D. Torres’ message of motivation, he said that they are glad that USeP’s management, especially USeP’s President and the Board of Regents built a vibrant organization.
