To present the significant achievements and plans of the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP), Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao, the University President, will deliver her State of the University Address (SOUA) on December 15, 2019 at the USeP Gymnasium and Cultural Center from 10:00AM-12:00NN.

Also, there will be a Renewal of Commitment Ceremony since Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao is reinstated as President of the University.

All Faculty and non-teaching staff across campuses and the Obrero Campus students must attend.

Attire is red cocktail (female), red casual with coat (male), and NSTP Uniform (students).
