The USEP-Bislig is the only state university in Region XIII offering forestry, engineering and technology. It will provide programs of instruction and professional training in the field of science and technology which is accessible to the national road leading to Davao Oriental, Compostela Valley, Surigao Province, Agusan Provinces and all other municipalities of Caraga Region. The USEP-Bislig will promote advance studies, research, extension service and progressive leadership needed in the socio-economic development of Caraga and Mindanao.
