Six (6) years later, The College of Arts and Sciences Mintal Campus became College of Development and Management as a distinct academic unit of the University, CDM has packaged four (4) community development-related courses with strong entrepreneurial orientation.

In response to the curriculum challenge of the 90's revision of the curriculum for the bachelor programs was continuously undertaken. Subsequently, graduate programs began to offer in the College.
