– Certificate of Exemption (for College Honor Graduates only)
– Undergraduate Transcript of Records (Certified True Copy)
– Two (2) pcs. recent 2×2 pic
– Examination Fee (Php 750.00)

a) The School of Law Dean will only accept requirements and accommodate inquiries on weekdays from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
