

The Guidance and Testing Office of the University of Southeastern Philippines will be holding a Career Symposium and Pre-employment Seminar on February 3-4, 2010 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
The first day is intended for graduating students under the College of Technology (Diploma of Technology and Bachelor of Industrial Technology) with the Engineering Department and the Institute of Computing. On the second day, students from the Bachelor of Technology Education, College of Education, College of Arts and Sciences and College of Governance, Business and Economics are the target participants.
The said two-day activity is an opportunity for the graduate students to engage in dialogue about the challenges and opportunities in making career choices. It will provide tips and strategies on managing interviews, job hunting, work ethics, keeping one’s job and various employment settings.
The activity will also include a Job Fair on February 5, 2010 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, where recruiters and potential employers gather to provide information on the available positions and their companies in general. This will be a great opportunity to learn about an array of possible jobs.
These events will be held in the University’s Social Hall, Obrero, Davao City. All graduating students are highly encouraged to attend these activities to equip them with the essential information needed. (USeP PIO with K.Cagampang)
