The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP)-College of Applied Economics (CAEc) through the Socio-Economic Research and Data Analytics Center (SERDAC) in Mindanao, in partnership with the Economy and Environment (EEG) Group in the Philippines, successfully conducted the \u201c\ud835\udde0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfc \ud835\udde5\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9 \ud835\uddd9\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfa \ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddd8\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfa\ud835\ude06 \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\uddd8\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01 \ud835\udfee\ud835\udfec\ud835\udfee\ud835\udfee\u201d last November 18, 2022, at USeP Social Hall and via Zoom. Dr. Gem B. Castillo, the National Director of EEG \u2013 Philippines, presented the \u201cRecent Development and Innovations in NREE in the Philippines\u201d. Mr. Darrell D. Blatchley, the President Curator of D\u2019Bone Collector Museum Inc., discussed the \u201cChallenges in Marine Life Preservation in Mindanao\u201d. Moreover, Mr. Lemuel Lloyd I. Manalo, the Program Coordinator and Environment Research Specialist of IDIS Inc., introduced the \u201cLand Use Change of Urban Wetlands in Davao City\u201d. Dr. Teresita A. Narvaez, the Consortium Director of WESMAARRDEC, talked about the \u201cSustainability of Fishery Resources in Zamboanga Peninsula\u201d. Lastly, Dr. Roy G. Ponce, the University President of Davao Oriental State University, presented the \u201cMt. Hamiguitan as an ASEAN Heritage Park: The Value and Learnings for Sustainability\u201d.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
