Special congratulations to Lian R. Cataytay for being recognized as Best Presenter, and to the authors of the paper \u201cDid CARP Slow Philippine Agriculture? A National Counterfactual Analysis Using Synthetic Control Method\u201d\u2014Lian R. Cataytay, Dr. Roperto S. Deluna Jr., and Feby Kirstine A. Evangelio, MSc \u2014for receiving the Best Paper Award under Track 23 \u2013 Economic Development and Policy.<\/div>\n

The College also congratulates Wella Linao, together with her co-authors Dr. Jennifer Hinlo, Rizamae Palen, MBA, and Dr. Christopher Balubayan, for receiving the Best Paper Award under Track 17 \u2013 Nursing Education and Clinical Practice for their paper \u201cPolicy Effectiveness and Health Care in the Philippines: An Interrupted Time Series Approach.\u201d<\/div>\n

Further, CAEc commends the successful presentation and acceptance of the papers of Ma. Jomelie G. Mantos and Ma. Teresa P. Balante, together with their co-author Dr. Roperto S. Deluna Jr., whose studies contributed to meaningful discussions on fair trade, women empowerment, and social cohesion in the Philippine coconut industry.<\/div>\n
