Submit the following requirements on or before June 19, 2024 through gsas@usep.edu.ph<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Scanned Copy of Letter Intent to take the comprehensive examination, duly signed by the student, and noted by the Program Head<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Certificate of Grades, issued by the Office of the University Registrar<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Examination Fee of PHP 1,000<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">All scanned pertinent documents, including the e-receipt from GCash, must be submitted in pdf file.
