FOR ENROLLMENT<\/strong><\/h1>\n

For First Year Undergraduate Students and Transferees, you may retrieve your USeP ID number by accessing the Student Records Information System (SRIS).\u00a0Click this link for access: https:\/\/sris.usep.edu.ph\/preenrolled.php?fbclid=IwAR1ZBmXEPBD9ol486vxiNbg03Z5DHYbyu86WkCj8JpT6AZi4a4XwIgrMPr4\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n

Old Students are advised to settle all previous balances before enrolling.<\/h4>\n

STEP 1.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Click the link to download the Pre-Registration Form (PRF) and Data Privacy Provision Form<\/strong><\/em>.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Fill out the form with the Course Schedule\u00a0offered in your program.<\/p>\n

See Course Offerings for 1st Semester AY 2022-2023\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 2<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n

Email the filled-out forms to your respective Program Enrolling Adviser.<\/p>\n

See List of Enrolling Advisers for 1st Semester AY 2022-2023<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 3.<\/h3>\n

Non-Paying Students<\/strong>. Wait for the College to send a copy of your PRA to the Student Accounts Unit.<\/p>\n

Paying Students<\/strong>. Pay the Corresponding fee indicated in the PRA sent by the College.<\/p>\n

STEP 4.<\/h3>\n

Non-Paying Students<\/strong>. Wait as the Student Accounts Unit verifies your payment (Scholarship\/ Grant).<\/p>\n

Paying Students<\/strong>. Wait for the payment verification notice from the Cashiering Unit.<\/p>\n

STEP 5.<\/h3>\n

Expect your Certificate of Registration (COR) to be reflected in your Student Portal.<\/p>\n

STEP 6.<\/h3>\n

STUDENT OFFICIALLY ENROLLED!<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can now download your COR through the Student Portal.<\/p>\n

Access the USeP Student Portal\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

FOR OTHER CONCERNS<\/strong><\/h1>\n

STEP 1.<\/h3>\n

Download the Transaction Form<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/a> and fill it out with your concern.<\/p>\n

STEP 2.<\/h3>\n

Send the filled-out Transaction Form to cas_pad@usep.edu.ph<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

NOTE: Indicate in the subject of your email the following:<\/p>\n
