(BSHM) fourth year students who are currently taking<\/div>\n
their practicum course are now Certified Guest Service<\/div>\n
Professionals (CGSP)!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

As part of the Skills and Professional Certification<\/div>\n
Component of the BSHM Practicum course, the BSHM<\/div>\n
fourth year students had their Guest Service Professional<\/div>\n
Training last April 11-13 & April 20-22, 2022.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
The training and certification was provided by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), coordinated by<\/div>\n
the Asia World Hospitality (AHLEI business partner).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
The training prepared the BSHM fourth year students to anticipate<\/div>\n
guest needs, deliver memorable experiences, and turn<\/div>\n
around difficult situations.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
