Salapa, Dean of the College of Development Management at the University of Southeastern Philippines, was recently named Central Mindanao University&#8217;s Outstanding Alumnus in Public Service in the education sector. Dr. Salapa, who completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at CMU, received this prestigious honor during the university&#8217;s 115th Founding Anniversary and Grand Alumni Homecoming held on September 19, 2025, at the University Convention Center in University Town, Musuan, Maramag, Bukidnon. The award celebrates his exceptional commitment to academic leadership and his dedication to advancing public service, reflecting the high standards of excellence CMU holds for its alumni.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Salapa has championed innovative, people-centered education and has worked tirelessly to strengthen local governance through knowledge-sharing and service.
