A full fledged Master\u2019s Degree in\u00a0<strong>SPED<\/strong>\/<strong>ECE<\/strong>\/<strong>TLE<\/strong>, preferably with PhD, a teaching qualification, and other relevant qualifications.<\/p>\n<p>2. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of basic education and higher education systems.<\/p>\n<p>3. A promising record of research and publications.<\/p>\n<p>4. Demonstrated success in effectively teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses.<\/p>\n<p>5. Demonstrated capacity to interact successfully with broader educational community.<\/p>\n<p>6.
