This surpasses the national passing rate of 46.67%. At the secondary level, first-time takers attained a 97.06% passing rate<\/strong>, with an overall performance rate of 89.58%<\/strong>, significantly higher than the national passing rate of 58.78%.<\/p>\n In addition, USeP-CEd proudly commends the outstanding achievements of its top performers in the Secondary Level. Jellian H. Calipes, LPT<\/strong>, and Ron Andrei H. Serra, LPT<\/strong>, both secured a Top 6<\/strong> ranking with a rating of 91.60%.<\/strong> Paolo O.
