Guden welcomed the delegates, led by Dr. Roque N. Langcoy II, DOrSU&#8217;s Chancellor for Satellite and Extension Campuses. Also in attendance were Associate Dean Dr. Virnalisi C. Mindana, BSIT Program Head Ms. Luchi Dela Cruz, BTVTEd Program Head Mr. George B. Dela Cruz, OSAS Deputy Director Ms. Kendi B.
