The ceremony was held at the Farmer\u2019s Training Center, USeP Tagum-Mabini Campus, Tagum Unit.<\/p>\n<p>Present at the signing were USeP President Dr. Bonifacio G. Gabales, Jr.; Chancellor Dr. Shirley S. Villanueva; College Dean Dr. Eleonor T. Guden; Graduate School Head Dr. Virnalisi C. Minda\u00f1a; and top officials from the DepEd Schools Division, including Superintendents Dr. Alona C. Uy, CESO V; Dr. Reynaldo B. Mellorida, CESO V; and Phoebe Gay L.
