The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) proudly celebrates a new milestone as it secures Top 2 among the Top Performing Schools in the 2025 Librarians\u2019 Computer-Based Licensure Examination held on September 4-5, 2025, in key testing centers nationwide, including Davao City.<\/p>\n

Out of 40 USeP examinees, 37 successfully passed the exam, earning the University an outstanding 92.50% passing rate, surpassing the national passing rate of 68.52%. This achievement not only highlights the academic excellence and dedication of USeP\u2019s aspiring librarians but also reaffirms the University\u2019s commitment to producing competent and highly skilled professionals in the field of Library and Information Science.
\nThis success reflects the strength of the Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) program under the College of Information and Computing (CIC). It is also a testament to the tireless efforts of USeP\u2019s dedicated faculty and review mentors, including those from partner institutions, whose expertise and guidance have helped shape students into exam-ready and profession-ready graduates.
