Authors Francis N. Reginio from the University of Southeastern Philippines and Aurelio Solver Agcaoili from the University of Hawai\u2019i at Manoa in the USA addressed the transformative potential of the Davao City Shelter Code in enhancing community well-being and fostering sustainable livelihoods. This pioneering initiative recognizes the rights of urban beneficiaries, enabling them to actively shape their own well-being.<\/h5>\n
