It also ascertains that changes and improvements are in conformity with the mission and vision of the University.<\/p>\n<p>In line with the Strategic Plan of the University, the PDD strives to establish green building infrastructure and to modernize facilities in order to enhance the working and learning environment and as well as fulfill space demands for improved university services.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"about\" class=\"kc-elm kc-css-675877 kc_tab ui-tabs-panel kc_ui-tabs-hide kc_clearfix \"><div class=\"kc_tab_content\"><div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-350270 kc_text_block\"><p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.usep.edu.ph\/pdd\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/94\/2022\/05\/PDD-Wallpaper.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"424\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The Physical Development Division (PDD) of the University of\u00a0Southeastern Philippines has the overall responsibility over the infrastructure\u00a0projects of the University. It oversees the planning and implementation of\u00a0physical facilities and ascertain that changes and improvement are in\u00a0conformity with the mission and vision of the University.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Specifically,\u00a0the PDD is tasked to design, plan and construct the physical facilities of the\u00a0University, not only in Obrero Campus, but also in the external campuses as\u00a0well. It sees to it that physical facilities will enhance and support the\u00a0academic goals of the University.
