CAEc attends training course on the Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model at Chiang Mai University (CMU), Chiang Mai, Thailand


The College of Applied Economics (CAEc) strives to improve the quality of its programs by adhering to global higher education standards.
To further advance the data analytics capabilities of the college, Dr. Roperto S. Deluna Jr., CAEc’s Acting Dean, attended a two-day training course on the Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model at Chiang Mai University (CMU), Chiang Mai, Thailand, on March 18-19, 2023.
The training provided an excellent opportunity to benchmark with the Chiang Mai University Faculty of Economics, as well as to explore opportunities for student mobility, research collaborations, faculty exchanges, and fellowships with other participating economics institutions throughout the ASEAN region.
