University Band / Chorale Members / Rondalla Band/Choir members Endorsement from adviser or selection committee duly approved by the University President	Free tuition fee only

Athletics Medalist in the Regional level athletic competition or University Varsity Player Certification from the Principal or athletic manager HS card (Form 138)	Free tuition fee only
Employee’s Dependent Spouse and Children of faculty and staff members of the University	Free tuition fee only
USEP Employees Permanent & Non-permanent employees who had served at least 1 year to the University Maximum of 9 units only in graduate study or 12 units for undergraduate studies	100% free of tuition fee for permanent and 50% for non-permanent status
Editorial Staff of Student Publication Editor-in-chief; Associate editor-in-chief; and Managing editor of official campus publication	Free tuition fee only
Student Council Officers All student council officers elected at large of the 4 campuses Governors of the Local Council	Free tuition fee only
Cultural Minority Manobo; Kalagan; Davaoeño; Tagacaolo; B’laan; Mandaya; Matigsalog etc. Certification from the Office of Southern Cultural Minorities	Free tuition fee only
USEP ROTC / WATC Unit Officers Ranking officials of ROTC and WATC Endorsement from Instructor-in-charge and duly approved by the University President	Tuition fee discount – depending on what position they occupy in the Unit.
