San Miguel Foundation, Inc. & San Miguel Power Holdings Corp. Scholarships are inviting interested applicants to avail of their Scholarship Program


Qualifications:
1. Must be currently enrolled as a fifth (5 th ) year college student of Mechanical Engineering and
Electrical Engineering at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) Obrero Campus
2. Must come from an underprivileged/indigent family
3. Must maintain a general weighted average (GWA) grade of at least 2.0 or 85% or its
equivalent
4. Must be willing to sign a scholarship bond contract to work at SMCGPH for a period of at least
two (2) years
5. Must not be a recipient of other scholarship programs or financial assistance from any other
institution, or must be willing to waive any scholarship grant/assistance presently being
received
6. Must carry the regular load prescribed and/or approved for the curriculum by USeP
7. Must be proactively involved in socio-curricular activities supported by San Miguel Foundation (SMF)
8. Must be physically fit as certified by the USeP Clinic
9. Must be of good moral character
Requirements:
The following requirements must be submitted to the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS):
a. Accomplished application form
b. Two (2) pieces passport size pictures
c. Parents/Guardian’s latest annual income tax return or certificate of non-payment of tax
d. Valid USeP school ID
e. Original copy of grades signed by the USeP Registrar
f. Birth Certificate
g. Barangay Certificate or voter’s ID as a proof of residency
h. Recommendation from USeP
i. Accomplished written exam
j. Other supporting documents which the SMF and/or USeP may require
