The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) participated in the 11th Asia Technological University Network (ATU-Net) Board Meeting 2023, hosted by the Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), on October 23, 2023.

Vice President for Research, Development and Extension (VPRDE), Dr. Shirley S. Villanueva, represented USeP in the said meeting.

ATU-Net is a strategic international alliance to connect technology-focused institutions of higher learning in Asia. Its mission is to support member universities, of which USeP is one, in achieving world-class quality of education and research in engineering and technology through strategic international alliances.

The meeting, being attended by ATU-Net member institutions, also highlighted the ATU-Net achievements throughout the year together with the 2024 planning and ways forward.

The institutional membership of USeP further increases and strengthens its cooperation and cohesion with stakeholders from technical universities in Asia, thus enabling all members to stay relevant and competitive in an increasingly challenging global higher education landscape.
