The 1900 layers will be auctioned starting at One Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Pesos Only (Php 133,000.00) with a 10% auction bond of Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred pesos only (Php 13,300.00). The subject for auction will be awarded to the highest bidder.

The pick-up period of the culled layers by the winning buyer/bidder is within (7) calendar days after the date of bidding as mentioned in the agreement.

The bidding process will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a reservation or option on the part of the government to accept or reject any or all auctions as specified in the Joint Circular no. 2024-1 of 2024 Revised Manual on the Disposal of Government Properties.

Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the University of Southeastern Philippines Tagun-Mabini Campus, CEDU Office, and inspect the culled layers in the project site before the scheduled bidding.
