Meeting the criteria and conditions outlined in Section 4.0 of the Administrative Order No. 25, series of 2011 Inter-Agency Task Force Memorandum Circular No. 2022-1, the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) is qualified to receive the grant of Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Performance-based Bonus.

To be eligible for the said grant, an agency must satisfy the criteria and conditions under the four (4) dimensions of accountability: Performance Results, Process Results, Financial Results, and Citizen/Client Satisfaction Results and attain a total score of at least 70 points.

PBB, being a part of the Performance-based Incentive System (PBIS), is given to government employees who have greatly contributed to the attainment of the annual targets and commitments of a public agency or institution.

The eligibility of USeP to receive PBB is a testament to its continuous efficiency and high-level performance as the University has qualified for this grant even the previous years.
