CSC confers PRIME-HRM Accreditation Award for Maturity Level II to USeP

[𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗞 𝗨𝗦𝗲𝗣] The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has issued CSC Resolution No. 2200598 promulgated on December 6, 2022, conferring to the University the PRIME-HRM Accreditation Award for Maturity Level II on Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP) and Performance Management (PM).
It is noteworthy that the University was subjected to online assessment by the CSC Regional Office XI on June 13-15, 2022 and was subsequently recommended for conferment of the said award.
This award is a testament to the continuing endeavors and firm resolve of the University to promote and advance human capital and strengthen a culture of excellence in the workplace.
