USeP attends MOU signing and project consultation with PEZA and its academic partners

The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) is being considered as a promising program-delivering partner of the Special Economic Zone Institute (SEZ Institute) of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) for the Province of Davao del Sur and Region XI. This is following the successfully concluded “Lecture Forum on Campus Industrialization and Enterprise Competitiveness Planning” at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) Obrero Campus and after the submission of the Commitment Report last September 25, 2019.

USeP officials participated in the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) ceremonies and Ecozone Development Project Consultation at the Social Hall of PEZA Head Office in Taguig Metro Manila.

The MOU signing aims to formalize a pact of shared policy direction between PEZA and its academic partners. The MOU signing also laid out the fundamental guidelines and elements in preparing Project Proposals on Special Economic Zone (SEZ or Ecozone) Development.
