The Quality Assurance Division (QAD) hosted a three-day in-person Internal Quality Audit Training participated in by selected faculty members of the different colleges and non-teaching staff of the University. The Training was conducted on August 17-18 and 22, 2022 at the USeP Social Hall. It focused on ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System- Requirements) and ISO 19011:2018 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems).

The event catered to the need to train new internal quality auditors who can lead the change necessary to assure performance excellence in the various offices and units of the University. The training aims to expand the pool of auditors to conduct an Internal Quality Audit.  Thus, the training is pursued to guarantee fairness and transparency in the processes and services the University provides for its clients and stakeholders.

The Internal Quality Audit is part of fulfilling the University’s vision of becoming a Premier Research University transforming communities in the ASEAN and beyond.
