USeP obtains PRIME-HRM Maturity II in RSP and PMS

[𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦] The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) has obtained Maturity Level II in Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP), and Performance Management System (PMS) under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) of the Civil Service Commission.
PRIME-HRM is a mechanism that aims to continuously capacitate agencies in the performance of their human resource management, recognize best practices and serve as a venue for the exchange and development of expertise. PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II means that an agency has established a set of defined and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) responsive to the unique needs, and automation is being used to a certain extent.
