The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP)Tagum-Mabini Campus through the GoP – CEDU Poultry Layer Production Project intends to dispose of 1,900 culled poultry layers at USeP Mabini Unit, Pindasan, Mabini, Davao de Oro.

The 1900 layers will be auctioned in lots as follows:

Lot A: 500 heads at Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 35,000.00)
Lot B: 500 heads at Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 35,000.00)
Lot C: 300 heads at Twenty-One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 21,000.00)
Lot D: 300 heads at Twenty-One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 21,000.00)
Lot E: 300 heads at Twenty-One Thousand Pesos Only (Php 21,000.00)

Each lot will require a 10% auction bond of the total amount. The subject for auction will be awarded to the highest bidder.

The pick-up period of the culled layers by the winning buyer/bidder is within (5) calendar days after the date of bidding as mentioned in our agreement.

The bidding process will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a reservation or option on the part of the government to accept or reject any or all auctions as specified in Joint Circular No. 2024-1 of 2024 Revised Manual on the Disposal of Government Properties.

Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the University of Southeastern Philippines Tagum- Mabini Campus, CEDU Office, and inspect the culled layers in the project site before the scheduled bidding.

Deadline for submission and receipt of Bids: April 12, 2024, at 12:00 PM

Date/Time of Opening of BIDS: April 12, 2024, at 1:30 PM
