๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐โThe Director of the Institute of Languages and Creative Arts (ILCA), Sajed S. Ingilan, and ILCAโs Staff, Ms. Jessa Joy C. Odog, were in talks with Consul Hong Ming, Head of Bilateral Cooperation Section of the Consulate General of the Peopleโs Republic of China in Davao, for possible cooperation in fulfilling the goal of ILCA in providing and strengthening the language and culture programs in the region.
ILCA has provided courses in different international languages such as German and French Languages that have given its clients numerous opportunities. Now, ILCA is expanding its reach to include the Chinese Language and Culture in its program.
The office of ILCA awaits in a positive light as drafting of the Memorandum of Agreement will be expected this May 2023. As they say, it takes a village to raise a child; thus, ILCA will continue to assist dreamers in building their dreams and this event is just one of the many.
