The Office of the President through the Office of the Secretary of the University and University Records Office (OSU-URO) held the First Administrative Council (AdCo) Policy Refresher last 03 December 2024, at the Social Hall, USeP Obrero Campus, Davao City. The session aimed to equip both newly designated and seasoned AdCo members with a comprehensive understanding of the policies governing the University’s operations. The event reinforced USeP’s commitment to accountability, compliance, and operational efficiency by cultivating policy awareness and alignment.
AdCo members were encouraged to bring key personnel, such as executive assistants, who play an essential role in their daily responsibilities to enhance support for University officials. This initiative highlighted the importance of shared understanding across the delivery units of the University, promoting collaboration and organizational excellence.
The refresher served as a platform to ensure that all leaders and their teams are better equipped to achieve USeP’s strategic goals, ultimately contributing to the University’s overall success.
