The Public Affairs Division (PAD), in collaboration with the Systems and Data Management Division (SDMD), spearheaded a two-day Training on Website Management on November 11–12, 2025 at the USeP Obrero Campus as part of the University’s broader efforts to strengthen its digital platforms and enhance the user experience of its official website.
The activity prepared content teams, composed of PAD coordinators, information officers, and staff from various delivery units, to manage their respective webpages in line with the institution’s communication guidelines and branding standards. The sessions offered guided walkthroughs on site navigation, content uploading, layout practices, and the overall structure of the new web platform. Their involvement is essential as the University moves toward the rollout of its redesigned official website.
PAD Director Dr. Rosfe Corlae D. Badoy delivered the message of University President Dr. Bonifacio G. Gabales, Jr., who expressed appreciation for the conduct of the training and emphasized its timeliness as the University continues to strengthen its digital presence and uphold communication platforms that reflect excellence and integrity.
The President affirmed that the training equips content teams to communicate more effectively, showcase achievements with greater confidence, and ensure that every piece of information published reflects the University’s standards of excellence, accountability, and service. The message concluded with a call to sustain the training’s gains by keeping webpages accurate, engaging, and aligned with the shared goal of building a stronger, more visible, and globally competitive University of Southeastern Philippines.
Through this training, content teams are better prepared to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in presenting institutional information online. The initiative forms part of the University’s continuing commitment to maintain a relevant and cohesive digital presence that supports its academic and service mandates.
