The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) and the Davao Regional Medical Center (DRMC) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on May 25, 2018 for the establishment of the Doctor of Medicine Program in the USeP Tagum-Mabini Campus.
