Eagles still soar high despite the challenges brought by the pandemic.
Loren Joy Estrera Gonzales and Christine Andrea Manjac Reconalla, both graduates of the University Batch 2019, placed fifth and sixth with ratings of 87.65% and 87.30%, respectively in the 2021 Mining Engineering Licensure Examinations (MELE).
The University has garnered 95% passing rate from 19 out of 20 first-time takers and an overall passing rate of 90.48%.

Furthermore, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that out of 274, only 206 passed the Mining Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Mining Engineering in Baguio, Cebu, Cotabato, and Legazpi City.
It can be recalled that MELE was included in rescheduled licensure examinations moved by the PRC last June 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
