The Administrative Services Division (ASD) namely, General Services Unit, Security Services Unit, Procurement Unit, Supply Management Unit and Motorpool Unit is very honored to serve the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP), an institution increasingly recognized as one of the region’s finest research-intensive universities.

Currently, the ASD is set to improve its processes and other transaction through automation compliance to RA 11032. The improvement of processes includes the automation of the Procurement System, Inventory Management System and Document Tracking System. Further, in accordance with RA 10121, ASD is applying disaster preparedness by capacitating employees and student in drills, seminars and trainings. By being disaster-resilient, we continually create a comfortable working environment by making USEP safer, clean and all equipment in offices and vehicles of the University are maintained properly and regularly.

ABOUT THE OFFICE

Through the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer, the Administrative Services Division (ASD) is established to assist the Vice-President for Administration (VPAd) in performing a diverse set of tasks in managing both its staff and property to ensure that there are appropriate resources essential for the University’s functions and operations that upholds its Vision, Mission, and Goals, in coordination with the following subsidiary units: Supply Management, Security Services, Procurement, Disaster Risk Reduction Management, General Services, and Bids and Awards Committee.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION

• Vehicle reservations and dispatching
• Approval of various documents from different offices/divisions
• Crafting of University guidelines and policies
• Supervise the subsidiary units
