The University of Southeastern Philippines extends its deepest gratitude to Senators Sonny Angara, Pia Cayetano, and Joel Villanueva for supporting the University’s School of Medicine by pushing for the budget of P121.352 M to increase its carrying capacity under the 2021 General Appropriations Act. The said funding is crucial to the School of Medicine as it expects more students to enroll in the coming school year.

We thank the good Senators for trusting USeP to play the important role of producing more doctors throughout the region and in Mindanao as we push for a healthier nation henceforth. Our sincerest thanks also goes to Pres. Rodrigo R. Duterte for the continued support to the state universities and colleges in the country.
