The University of Southeastern Philippines passed the ISO 9001:2015 Recertification Audit last April 26-27, 2021 conducted remotely by SOCOTEC Certification Philippines, Inc. (formerly AJA Registrars) with no non-conformities. It can be recalled that USeP had the certification audit visit last November 3-4, 2020, and successfully passed for the immediate certification of ISO 9001:2015.
Good housekeeping in Tagum-Mabini campus registrar, immediate and competent presentation of requested documents in CEd and CBA as well as improvement in infrastructure in Mintal campus were some of the positive findings observed by the auditees during the visit.
The auditors include Ms. Ella Riza Ajero, lead auditor; Mr. Eugene Herradura and Ms. Ma. Jona Anorico, support auditors. Dr. Mark Vera, Capt. Nicanor Altares, and Ms. Mercedelin Flores were also present as technical experts.
This achievement displayed the collective efforts and commitment towards excellence of the campuses and University offices through the leadership of the University President, Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao.
This manifests the University’s commitment to its strategic goal in ensuring that the University’s processes and operations are consistently planned and implemented to optimize effectiveness and performance and to demonstrate its ability to sustain a quality management system.
