The University of Southeastern Philippines, in its earnest commitment to the protection of the personal data privacy of its partners and clients, has now been issued a seal and a certificate of registration by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

The seal and certificate of registration is a manifestation of USeP’s ceaseless efforts to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its University Data Privacy Manual and NPC’s issuances. This also exhibits the aspiration of USeP to strengthen an organizational culture of prudence in processing personal information.

In adherence with NPC Circular number 2022-04 on the Registration of Personal Data Processing System, Notification Regarding Automated Decision-making or profiling, designation of Data Privacy Officer, and the National Privacy Commission Seal of Registration, USeP proudly displays its Seal of Registration on the Official Website of the University.
