Disposal of Culled Layers of CEDU Poultry Production Project
The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP)Tagum-Mabini Campus through the GoP – CEDU Poultry Layer Production Project intends to dispose of 1,379 culled poultry layers at USeP, Pindasan, Mabini, Davao de Oro.
The 1379 layers will be auctioned in lots as follows:
Lot A: 200 heads at Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 20, 000.00)
Lot B: 200 heads at Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 20, 000.00)
Lot C: 200 heads at Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 20, 000.00)
Lot D: 200 heads at Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 20, 000.00)
Lot E: 200 heads at Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 20, 000.00)
Lot F: 200 heads at Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 20, 000.00)
Lot G: 179 heads at Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php 17, 900.00)
Each lot will require a 10% auction bond of the total amount. The subject for auction will be awarded to the highest bidder.
The pick-up period of the culled layers by the winning buyer/bidder is within five (5) calendar days after the date of bidding as mentioned in our agreement.
The bidding process will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a reservation or option on the part of the government to accept or reject any or all auctions as specified in Joint Circular No. 2024-1 of 2024 Revised Manual on the Disposal of Government Properties.
Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the University of Southeastern Philippines Tagum- Mabini Campus, CEDU Office, and inspect the culled layers in the project site before the scheduled bidding.
Deadline for submission and receipt of Bids: May 31, 2024, at 12:00 PM
