USeP qualifies for FY 2023 Performance-Based Bonus


The University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) has once again qualified for the grant of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) after meeting the criteria and conditions outlined in Section 4.0 of Administrative Order No. 25, series of 2011, Inter-Agency Task Force Memorandum Circular No. 2022-1.
To be eligible for the PBB, an agency must meet the required standards in four key dimensions of accountability: Performance Results, Process Results, Financial Results, and Citizen/Client Satisfaction Results, attaining a total score of at least 70 points.
As part of the Performance-Based Incentive System (PBIS), the PBB recognizes government employees who have significantly contributed to achieving their institution’s annual targets and commitments. USeP’s continued qualification for this grant reflects its unwavering commitment to excellence, efficiency, and high-level performance over the years.
Since 2018, USeP has consistently qualified for the PBB for six (6) consecutive years, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to excellence, efficiency, and high-level performance.
