The Civil Service Commission (CSC) formally conferred the Certificate of Registration of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) and the USeP Faculty Federation (USePFFed) during the Flag Raising Ceremony held on June 15, 2026, at the USeP Obrero Campus.
The certificate was presented by Civil Service Commission (CSC) Human Resource Specialist Mr. Jerico Allen D. Elecanal. It was received by University President Dr. Bonifacio G. Gabales, Jr., and USePFFEd President and Alumni Regent Dr. Rec E. Eguia.
Also present during the presentation were Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Jeneifer C. Nueva, Vice President for Administration Dr. Maria Luisa B. Faunillan, and USePFFEd Secretary Dr. Ana O. Ocenar.
The registration of the CNA with the CSC formally recognizes the agreement between the University and the faculty federation and affirms its compliance with existing civil service laws and regulations. The certificate signifies strengthening labor-management relations and advancing employee welfare and quality public service in higher education.
