The opening of the academic year was formally led by the College Dean, Dr. Aristeo C. Salapa, who delivered an inspiring message to both students and faculty. He challenged everyone to not only respond to the needs of our times but to lead through them.

Following this uplifting message, a General Orientation was held for all undergraduate students, providing them with essential information on academic policies, campus facilities, and student services to prepare them for a successful semester.

Alongside the orientation, the Convocation Program honored the Dean’s Listers from the Second Semester of SY 2024-2025, recognizing their academic excellence and encouraging a culture of high achievement.

Since August 12, student leaders and members of the college have been leading a series of activities including teambuilding exercises, a campus club fest, campus tours, and a social night. These events, continuing through August 14, promote collaboration, school spirit, and community engagement among undergraduates.

The College of Development Management looks forward to the continued success of these ongoing activities, setting an inspiring tone for a semester dedicated to growth, leadership, and community.
