To be enlisted, submit to the USeP-CDM Dean’s office through Ms. Lucky Mae M. Omega in a long brown folder labeled with your name, a Letter of Intent and Certification of Grades from the Office of the Registrar, and pay the corresponding fee. The office will accept enlistment applications from November 7 to 29, 2022. Examinees may give their payments to Ms. Omega or send them to the G-Cash account number 09177025557 of our Graduate School Head, Dr. Analiza P. Aguilar. To be appropriately identified and enlisted, indicate your name in the fund transfer message and the purpose, “compre exam fee”.
