The College of Teacher Education and Technology (CTET) Extension Office took part in Brigada Pagbasa – Partnership for Reading Success at Candinuyan Elementary School. The training aims to capacitate the faculty members, volunteer tutors and kindergarten to grade 3 parents with the new strategies for improving learners’ reading levels. The resource person for the training is Ms. Mariel C. Saladaga, a faculty member from the BEED program. Ms. Ann Resyl M. Menil the school’s Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, with the rest of its faculty, welcomed the faculty from the college.
The college faculty were present, headed by Dr. Genna J. Carmelo, College Dean. Together with Dr. Arnulfo S. Masong, BEED Program Head; Dr. Rosendo B. Meriwan, BECEd Program Head; Mr. Rizalino O. Dela Torre, Jr., College Extension Head; Ms. Geramae C. Madera-Mulit, Organization of Future Elementary Education Adviser; and Mr. Rendel B. Bacan, College Public Affairs Division Coordinator. The CTET is thankful for the trust and successful partnership.
