As ILCA soars higher to accomplish its goal of producing instructional materials for language and cultural studies, likewise, the MCDPU also aims to expand and enhance the Arabic Language and Islamic values education in line with the Executive Order No.53. Having the same sights for the future, more collaboration will be served for both stakeholders of their respective offices. The proposed collaborations under the MCDPU and ILCA partnership are providing tutors to teach Arabic Language, translation services to ILCA clients, and providing trainings that will enhance the English communication skills of the MCDPU personnel.

Headed by Director Sajed S. Ingilan with Technical Staff, Jessa Joy C. Odog and their interns, Jhanin Pansag and Carl John Buctuan, the ILCA is willing to extend its wings alongside MCDPU to foster the dreams of the Muslim community and the public here in Davao Region.
