The University of Southeastern Philippines – Malabog Extension Campus (MEC) conducted a training entitled: “Bridging the Gap: Non-business Strands Students in Agricultural Business and Entrepreneurship.” This intensive 10-day training was completed by students from May 27 to June 10, 2024. The training program was designed for students who enrolled in non-business strands during their Senior High School.

The training program is an alternative to a bridging program. It was designed to equip students with the fundamentals of Accounting, Business, and Management; and Business Mathematics, which are essential for success in Entrepreneurship and Agricultural Business, respectively. The training also provided and equipped students with a comprehensive understanding of critical concepts and how they can be applied outside the classroom.
