Establish and extend health, education, medical and other forms of assistance among the members of the association.

Promote the general welfare and interest of the members.

Encourage and foster cooperation and establish an environment conducive to an efficient and smooth functioning of the university.

Formulate, promulgate, and implement rules and regulations essential in carrying out the objectives and purposes of the association.

Serve as an active catalyst for change towards total development of each members, the advocacy reforms, and policy directions.

Develop managerial and administrative leadership, professionalism and civic-mindedness among the members.
