OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS AND SERVICES (OSAS)

The OSAS, being a major support service arm of the University, is the destined to work for the attainment of the institution’s development goals. Its success depends on the effectiveness of the OSAS current staff and its ability to cause fruitful coordination between and among those concerned in the process of program/project implementation, especially the student leaders, faculty advisers and University officials.

OFFICE OF THE UNIVERSITY REGISTRAR (OUR)

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is the sole office responsible for the custody, integrity, management and release of academic records of students. It assists top administration in the formulation and enforcement of policies in admissions, enrollment, accreditation, graduation and other academic matters. As a member of the policy-making body of the institution, its decision carries weight in cases involving credentials, evaluation of subjects and/or credits earned, student records management, academic placement and eligibility for graduation.

UNIVERSITY LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER (ULRC)

The University Learning Resource Center (ULRC) is mandated to develop a quality research-based library collection in different media formats to support the curriculum, research, extension and production; market library information and knowledge resources, facilities and services; deliver innovative services and improved organizational learning, management, leadership, and people skills; establish linkage and partnership through research activities, donations, networking, and consortiums; and provide conducive and convenient library spaces for learning.

UNIVERSITY ASSESSMENT AND GUIDANCE CENTER (UAGC)

The University Assessment and Guidance Center (UAGC) adheres to the Mental Health Law requiring both public and private institutions to develop guidelines and standards on age-appropriate evidence-based Mental Health programs (RA 11036, Sec. 34). In response to this, UAGC presents its services that students can avail of. It is likewise emphasized that the Office provides assistance to everyone with their personal-social, academic as well as career concerns.

CAREER AND ALUMNI CENTER (CAC)

The Career and Alumni Center caters to both students for their employability and graduates or alumni for their professional growth and career success. Services are provided to assist students and alumni in specifying goals, expanding knowledge of career alternatives, understanding effective decision-making, and acquiring appropriate strategies and skills to become globally competitive.

OFFICE OF THE ADVANCE STUDIES (OAS)

The primary function of the Office of the Advance Studies is to provide an enriching and transformative educational experience for individuals seeking to deepen their knowledge and expertise beyond the undergraduate level. We are dedicated to fostering an environment that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and advanced scholarship.

CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION OFFICE (CIO)

The Curriculum and Instruction Office oversees curriculum revision activities, in coordination with the academic units, and ensures the synchronization of courses; ensures systematic planning of academic programs, both graduate and undergraduate and harmonizes all of them; coordinates with the University Instructional Materials Committee in standardizing Instructional Materials Development; and monitors curriculum implementation in coordination with the Deans and Quality Assurance Division Director.
