The Office of the Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension, led by Dr. Shirley S. Villanueva conducted the monitoring of the Extension Program entitled, Amoma ug Giya Alang sa Kahamugaway (AGAK) last April 26, 2022. The said Extension Program had their training culmination activity at the USeP Mabini Campus on the same date, where the beneficiaries from the ATA-MANOBO TRIBE of Sitio Camaca and Butay, Brgy. Palma Gil, Talaingod, Davao del Norte were brought to and shown around the campus. This was facilitated by the Program Leader, Dr. Evelyn Gecale, with the assistance of Dr. Gilbert Importante, the SMAARRDEC Director and the Dean of the College of Applied Economics.

The program commenced after the tour, where Dr. Villanueva gave her message. Also in attendance were the Directors for Research, Dr. Eleonor Guden; Extension, Dr. Roby Pagong; and the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Division, Engr. Filmann Simpao.

After the program, the different beneficiaries shared their experiences, the lessons learned and skills acquired from the training.
